Please follow these simple instructions to make your laundry pickup and delivery as quick and easy as possible!

EASY AS 1...
Remove all hand-wash only items from your laundry.
*Take a look at our Ultra Delicates Load service for your gentle laundering needs.

Remove loose articles: cash, pens, lighters, coins, etc. from your pockets.

Place your laundry in a basket by your door for the the quickest pickup. Don't worry, we won't keep your favorite basket! Your laundry will be transferred to an individual use laundry bag for travel to our facility.
CONTACTLESS
PICKUP & DELIVERY
Currently, all of our laundry services are "contactless" by default when you sign up. If you would like to change this, please contact us and let us know.
pickup
1. On your designated pickup day and time, your driver will call you upon arrival to your residence.
2. Once you have been notified, you may place your bag(s) or basket(s) outside of your front door.
3. Your driver will immediately retrieve your laundry and quickly transfer to our sanitized transport cart.
4. Before leaving, your driver will ring your doorbell to let you know your pickup is complete!

delivery
1. On your designated delivery day and time, your driver will call you upon arrival to your residence.
2. Once you have been notified, your driver will place your completed loads at your door with a receipt, stand 6ft away, and wait for you to retrieve them before leaving.
*Please keep in mind, we will never leave your laundry sitting outside your door. If we are unable to reach you, or you do not meet us at your front door within 10 minutes, we will hold your laundry for you and rearrange your delivery. We hope you understand that this will incur an additional delivery fee of $10.
