On pick-up day, members receive an email notification with date and time for concierge's arrival. Members simply place dirty garments in a bag or basket. Place garments in designated location for business or at doorstep for residential members in order to complete a contactless pick-up. Residents may also provide garments directly to the concierge upon arrival. Concierge will quickly retrieve garments, safely transfer to vehicle and...PRESTO, you're all done!

On delivery day, members receive an email notification with date and time for concierge's arrival. Concierge will deliver garments to designated location for business or at doorstep for residents. What a luxury! Enjoy fresh, clean and neatly folded garments without the dreadful laundry day!
Members, are provided 2 PRESTO branded rental bins for laundry. On your very first pick-up day, please provide laundry in any bin or bag and your personal bins will be returned on delivery day!

3. Upon choosing the most appropriate membership, click, 'add to cart', 'view cart' and click 'Book now' to complete your online order.
4. Use the online chat feature to receive assistance from customer care or ask questions.
5. Need more details? Email info@prestolaundry.com and a Customer Care Member will assist by providing details or a specialized invoice when required!

1 full 13 gallon trash Bag;
1 fully packed rectangle basket.
Based on soil levels, weight may vary! If the weight of your laundry does not match your online order, we will let you know and request approval to continue processing your order.
